Tasks for “Halal Meat Packer”

- Shave or singe and defeather carcasses, and wash them in preparation for further processing or packaging.
- Saw, split, or scribe carcasses into smaller portions to facilitate handling.
- Wrap dressed carcasses or meat cuts.
